1本ポリシーについて

本ポリシーは、iPhone・iPad向けアプリ「まいにち ひらがな」（Mainichi Hiragana）と、csjotlab.com/apps/mainichi_hiragana/ 以下のページにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリおよび本ページは、CSJOTLAB（以下「私たち」）が提供しています。

本ポリシーでは、次の4つを分けて説明します。アプリ自体の動作、サポートへのお問い合わせでお送りいただく情報、本ページの閲覧時にウェブサイトのホスティングで記録される情報、そしてApp Storeなどを通じてAppleが独自に取り扱う情報です。

2お子さまのプライバシー

まいにち ひらがなは、4〜5歳ごろの小さなお子さまが、ご家族といっしょに学ぶために作られています。お子さまのプライバシーを守ることは本アプリの設計における重要な要件であり、お子さまから個人情報を収集しないように作られています。

• アカウントは不要です。アプリがお子さまにメールアドレス・誕生日・写真などの連絡先や個人情報をたずねることはありません。
• 大人向けの設定は、お子さまの画面とは分かれた「おうちのかた向け」画面にあり、大人が計算問題に答えたときだけひらきます。
• 購入・購入の復元・ウェブページへのリンクも、同じ大人向けの確認のあとでのみ利用できます。お子さま向けの画面には、アプリの外へ出るリンクはありません。

3端末に保存される情報

アプリは動作のために、次の情報をお使いのiPhoneまたはiPadに保存します。これらは端末の中にとどまり、私たちやほかの第三者に送信されることはありません。また、アプリの保存領域は、アプリによってiCloudで同期されない設定になっています。

これらの情報は端末内にあるため、お客さまのAppleの設定に応じて、端末のバックアップ（iCloudバックアップやパソコンへのバックアップなど）に含まれることがあります。これらのバックアップは、私たちではなく、お客さまとAppleが管理するものです。

4アプリが収集しない情報

アプリには、広告、第三者の分析・トラッキングツール、ソーシャル機能、アプリ内ブラウザは含まれていません。次の情報を収集したり、私たちに送信したりすることはありません。

• 分析情報、利用状況のトラッキング、行動のプロファイル
• 広告識別子
• 位置情報
• 連絡先
• 写真やカメラへのアクセス
• マイクによる録音
• お子さまの学習の記録・名前・プロフィール

アプリがインターネットに接続するのは、フルコースの表示・購入・復元のためにAppleのApp Storeのサービスを利用するときだけです。ウェブページは、おうちのかた向け画面で大人がリンクを選んだときだけ、アプリの外のSafariでひらきます。

5リマインダー

おうちのかた向け画面で練習のリマインダーをオンにすると、アプリはiOSに通知の許可を求めます。リマインダーは、選んだ曜日と時刻に合わせて端末上で設定されます。サーバーから送信されるものではなく、おうちのかた向け画面またはiOSの「設定」アプリからいつでもオフにできます。

6購入について

はじめの7回は無料です。フルコースは、AppleのApp Storeを通じた買い切りのアプリ内課金です。お支払いは、Apple独自の規約とプライバシーポリシーに基づいてAppleが処理します。私たちがお客さまのクレジットカード情報を受け取ることはありません。

アプリは、レッスンをひらくために、お使いのApple Accountで購入済みかどうかをApp Storeに確認します。購入時にAppleが収集する情報については、Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

7Appleから提供される情報

AppleはApp Storeを運営し、開発者にアプリに関するレポートを提供しています。お客さまが端末の設定でAppデベロッパとの共有を選んでいる場合、Appleの規約に基づき、クラッシュレポートや集計されたアプリの情報が私たちに提供されることがあります。この設定は「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「解析および改善」で変更できます。

私たちはこの情報を、アプリの不具合を見つけて修正するためだけに使用します。アプリ内に保存された情報と組み合わせることはなく、お子さまの学習の記録も含まれていません。

8サポートへのお問い合わせ

メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、私たちは、お客さまがお送りくださった情報（メールアドレス、メッセージの内容、記載されたアプリや端末の情報など）を受け取ります。これらは、お問い合わせへの回答と、ご報告いただいた不具合の修正のためだけに使用し、宣伝・マーケティングには使用しません。

お子さまのフルネーム・写真・学校名など、必要のない情報はお送りにならないでください。サポートのために必要ありません。

9本ウェブサイトについて

csjotlab.comは、Vercelによってホスティングされています。本ページを閲覧されると、Vercelはページの配信と安全なサービス運営に必要な技術的情報を処理します。これには、IPアドレス、リクエストの日時、リクエストされたページ、ブラウザのユーザーエージェント情報が含まれる場合があり、リクエストログやセキュリティログに記録されることがあります。Vercelによる情報の取り扱いについては、Vercelのプライバシーポリシー（英語）をご覧ください。

まいにち ひらがなのページにはフォームがなく、お客さまに情報の入力を求めることはありません。

10Cookieとトラッキング

まいにち ひらがなのページでは、Cookieを設定せず、分析・広告・トラッキングピクセルなどのトラッキングツールも使用していません。第三者のフォント・スクリプト・画像も読み込みません。これを変更する場合は、事前に本ポリシーを更新します。

11第三者

App Store、アプリ内課金、通知、端末のバックアップなどのサービスは、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに基づいてAppleが独自に運営しています。本ウェブサイトは、前述のとおりVercelがホスティングしています。

私たちは個人情報を販売せず、広告目的で共有することもありません。

12保存期間と削除

• 端末内：アプリのデータは、お客さまが削除するまで保存されます。おうちのかた向け画面では、プロフィールごとの削除や、設定の「すべてのローカルデータを削除」によるすべてのデータの削除ができます。アプリを削除した場合も、端末からデータが消えます。ただし、端末のバックアップには、置き換えまたは削除されるまでコピーが残ることがあります。
• サポートのメール：お問い合わせへの対応に必要な期間だけ保管します。メールの削除はいつでもご依頼いただけます。
• ウェブサイトのログ：Vercelの保存方針に従って保管されます。

13本ポリシーの変更

アプリや情報の取り扱い方法が変わった場合は、本ポリシーを更新します。重要な変更を行う場合は、このページ上部の施行日を更新します。

1About this policy

This policy explains how information is handled by the Mainichi Hiragana （まいにち ひらがな） app for iPhone and iPad, and by its pages at csjotlab.com/apps/mainichi_hiragana/. The app and these pages are provided by CSJOTLAB (“we”, “us”).

It covers four separate things, which we describe separately: what the app itself does, what you send us if you contact support, what our website hosting records when you visit these pages, and what Apple handles independently through the App Store and its other services.

2Children’s privacy

Mainichi Hiragana is designed for young children, around 4–5 years old, learning with their families. Protecting children’s privacy is a core design requirement for the app, and it is built to avoid collecting personal information from children.

• No account is needed, and the app never asks a child for an email address, birthday, photo or other contact details.
• Settings for adults are in a separate Parent Mode （おうちのかた向け）, which opens only after an adult answers an arithmetic question.
• Purchases, restoring purchases and links to web pages are also behind that adult question. Child-facing screens contain no links out of the app.

3Information stored on your device

To work, the app saves the following on your iPhone or iPad. It stays on the device. The app does not send it to us or to anyone else, and the app’s storage is set up so that it is not synced through iCloud by the app.

Because this information is on your device, it can be included in your device backups (for example iCloud Backup or a backup on a computer) according to your own Apple settings. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple, not by us.

4What the app does not collect

The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics or tracking tools, social features, or an in-app web browser. It does not collect or send to us:

• analytics, usage tracking or behavioural profiles;
• advertising identifiers;
• location;
• contacts;
• photos or camera access;
• microphone recordings;
• your child’s learning records, name or profiles.

The app connects to the internet only through Apple’s App Store services, to show, buy and restore the Full Journey purchase. A web page opens only when an adult chooses a link in Parent Mode, and it opens in Safari, outside the app.

5Reminders

If a parent turns on practice reminders in Parent Mode, the app asks iOS for permission to show notifications. Reminders are scheduled on the device for the days and time you choose. They are not sent from a server, and you can turn them off in Parent Mode or in the iOS Settings app.

6Purchases

The first 7 sessions are free. The Full Journey （フルコース） is a one-time in-app purchase made through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details.

The app asks the App Store whether the purchase has been made on your Apple Account so it can unlock the lessons. For what Apple collects when you make a purchase, see Apple’s Privacy Policy.

7Information Apple may share with us

Apple runs the App Store and provides developers with reports about their apps. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may also give us crash reports and aggregated app information under Apple’s terms. You can change this setting in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

We use this information only to find and fix problems in the app. We do not combine it with anything stored in the app, and it does not include your child’s learning records.

8Support communications

If you email us, we receive what you choose to send, such as your email address, your message and any app or device details you include. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you reported. We do not use it for marketing.

Please don’t send unnecessary information about your child, such as their full name, photos or school. We do not need it to help you.

9This website

csjotlab.com is hosted by Vercel. When you visit these pages, Vercel processes the technical information needed to deliver them and to keep the service secure. This can include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and your browser’s user-agent information, which may appear in request and security logs. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy for how Vercel handles this information.

The Mainichi Hiragana pages have no forms and do not ask you for any information.

10Cookies and tracking

The Mainichi Hiragana pages do not set cookies and do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or other tracking tools. They load no fonts, scripts or images from third parties. If this ever changes, we will update this policy first.

11Third parties

Apple independently operates the App Store, in-app purchases, notifications, device backups and related services, under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Vercel hosts this website, as described above.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

12Data retention and deletion

• On your device: app data stays until you delete it. In Parent Mode you can delete a single profile, or delete everything with 「すべてのローカルデータを削除」 in the settings section. Deleting the app also removes its data from the device. Copies may remain in your device backups until those backups are replaced or deleted.
• Support emails: we keep correspondence only as long as we need it to resolve your request. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
• Website logs: kept by Vercel according to its own retention practices.

13Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if the app or our data practices change. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
