Data that will be deleted
Account profile, saved notices, images, OCR text, notes, schedules, results, child profiles, and related User Content will be deleted, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Data that may be retained
Limited information may be retained only as reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, payment disputes, security, or the orderly expiration of backups.
Timing and identity verification
We process deletion as soon as reasonably practicable after identity verification. We may verify identity using a minimally necessary method, such as confirmation through the account email.
Uninstalling the app does not delete the account. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. On iPhone, open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
